Professional services of the funeral director and staff; removal of deceased
(Miami-Dade County area); embalming, bathing, dressing, and necessary preparation of deceased; limited use of facilities for 2 hours of visitation; immediately prior to funeral time; memorial package including laminated prayer cards, register book, acknowledgement cards, and a metal crucifix or cross; funeral hearse, (limited area); securing burial/transit permit with Miami-Dade County Health Department; transact the death certificate. Limousine, flower car and supervision of service at church is not included
