Professional services of the funeral director and staff; removal of deceased
(Miami-Dade County area); embalming, bathing, dressing, and necessary preparation of deceased; general use of facilities for one night of visitation; memorial package including laminated prayer cards, register book, acknowledgement cards, and a metal  crucifix or cross; funeral hearse, limousine, and flower car (limited area); securing burial/transit permit with Miami-Dade County Health Department; transact the death certificate. Supervision of service at church is not included
